Susan Albers took a topic that I was interested in and managed to create a funny and engaging non-fiction book. I will say that this wasn't a book I was super excited to pick up and read for hours on end, but I was interested in reading through the different parts of the book for the commentary on hanger. I think that this topic is something that is really important for a lot of people nowadays and Albers presented a lot of information in a (mostly) user friendly way. There were some passages that I found confusing because of the level of language used, but these passages were few and far between. If you have a difficult relationship with food or if you just want to think more about the choices you do make regarding food, I'd recommend picking this up.
