This book was about how being hungry during the day makes some people angry (called now by the term hangry) and how this “hangriness” can effect your every day life and even your relationships. This book details the others own stories about how “hangriness” has infiltrated their own life and caused problems in their own relationships while also going into detail about how this phenomenon can negatively impact you day to day.

Choosing to be happy instead of hangry as the book describes means you have a better footing in your relationship as you’re not fighting unnecessarily and even making better decisions through out your day. I think this book was great on informing people on how their eating habits could negatively impact the people around them. This book would be a great gift to give to someone who suffers from this without realizing it.
