Valuable Information, But a Little Condescending

I think the concept of this book is really interesting and gives important information, but reading this felt like it came across somewhat condescending. I understand the author of this book is very knowledgeable, but it didn't seem like she wanted to talk to her readers in a way that felt approachable.
