If there is ONE nonfiction or self-help book I would get, this would be it! I rarely read these type of books, but this one grabbed my attention right away. I love the cover and the title. I think the premise is interesting and I could learn so much from this book. Everyone gets hangry and we all need a little help sometimes. Plus, I think I'll have a really good time reading this since I can relate with the topic.
