Hangry is a feeling that I, and I'm sure everyone, understands very well, which is why it's interesting that there's a book all about understanding and controlling it. I'm not the biggest fan of non-fiction books (I'd much rather lose myself in fiction) but if I were a fan of non-fiction this would be a book that I would want to read.
