My first impression is that everyone is given choices how to handle different situations. Some people don’t have the ability to relax or control outward emotions. This book is needed to understand how to relax, chill or get by. I always count to 10, think about is going off necessary. Little things can escalate quickly. I would love to read this book thoroughly. Hanger Management even the name sounds interesting.
