I am not hangry so it will not do much for me to read this book so I am going to pass. Also, maybe the book will discuss this, but it also seems sort of weird to be telling people to “master their hunger” or turn “hunger into happy” when some people may not even be able to afford food. I doubt food insecure people are the intended audience of this book though. To be honest, the book’s whole premise sort of rubs me the wrong way. I rarely use the word privilege, but if I were to use it, I would say this book is for privileged people with first world problems.
