I got a chuckle out of the title but once I started reading it, I realized I suffer from hanger. Often. Whether I'm hungry or too full, hanger is there. I don't know if this book will help me but I would like to eat healthier and I'm sure my husband would like me to be less hangry! The mad apple on the cover is funny!
