I can already tell that this book is going to help me address issues I didn’t even know I had. Sure, I’m guilty of eating for convenience or eating in a rush. Like most people, I feel guilt when I overeat. And I most definitely experience the negative emotions that come as a result of being hangry. But have ever stopped to think about what was really causing it? Did I ever consider how eating mindfully could affect not just my weight and health, but also my emotions? Honestly, until reading an excerpt of this book, I didn’t think about how my hanger has impacted my life. I look forward to reading this book to learn more about the science behind hanger as well as tips for eating more mindfully.
