From just this small impression of the book it seemed full of common sense solutions to an issue most people have experienced - a bad mood caused by either being extremely hungry, or from overeating. The solution? Keeping a Goldilocks type balance to eating - not too much, not too little, but just enough. The author then points out examples of types of over/under eating behaviors that result in 'hanger' or 'regretfull.' The overly busy caregiver who spends so much time between parenting duties and professional duties that they neglect their own needs, or the person who eats the same as a partner, not taking into account their different needs and desires, the busy professional who normally needs a lot of food to energize their work week, but then feels 'regretfull' when they eat the same amount on weekends...etc. This book would definitely appeal to folks who maybe aren't looking for a diet, but healthy advice on keeping the balance between being hungry at work and overfull at home.
