I was super excited for this one as Rebecca Yarros wrote my favorite book I read in the last year. This one was a must for me!
This was had a slower start for me. Yes, it had an intense start but it just did not pull me in the way I was hoping. Once the story and the characters began to come alive is when this one really clicked for me.
I love how the author can capture your attention and bring out all of your emotions through her stories. This was no exception. It was not as emotional as her previous book, but it was just as amazing.
I will be reading anything and everything she puts out in the future. I loved it.
