Thank you Bookish First for the free ebook, review is my own.

I wanted to like this book. Either I am too old for it or the characters themselves were too old. Hudson Wheeler is 18 and not living up to the expectations of the people around him ever since his father died when he was 10. Lost and trying to find himself he makes a plan to be home schooled his last year of high school while he starts up various business ventures and projects to find direction. He meets interesting people and learns great life lessons along the way.

I think it would have been better if Hudson had been 16. I know girls mature faster then boys, but he just felt super young and immature and the misadventures seemed like they belonged to a much younger person. I know two years is not a lot but when discussing this age group it can be and I really think it would have made a difference.
