This is a 4 star Read for me, I enjoyed the characters and the story. Hudson is going into his senior year of high school and instead of going the traditional route, he wants to be homeschooled. His first obstacle is convincing his mom that this is the right path for him. Hudson is a funny, relatable young man. He likes graphic novels and wants to make his own. He meets Alana Love and he becomes friends with her and eventually develops feelings. I did not like Alana at all! Throughout the story I felt like she was using Hudson and when they were together it was like he knew but ignored it. I wanted to shake him to make him stop lol! Anyway, I enjoyed this story a lot, the things that happen during this time to Hudson shocked me. The end was unexpected in a way, I didn't think that it was going to end like that.
