Sorry this is late I received my book late.
I originally wanted this book due to the author being Melissa Meyers, I loved her other stories and this one is no exception! I went into this rumple stiltskin retelling without any clue to what it would be about (I used a credit to get this book so I didn’t read the first look) her characters are amazing as always and her writing if phenomenal! I was hooked from the first page.
Also can we talk about the cover? It’s so simple but makes you want to pick it up, I’m definitely guilty of judging books by covers as most readers are and this one instantly made me want to read it even though it would be considered “plain” to some people. The chapter title pages also had really pretty details by them which always makes me excited.
If you read the Cinder books and are looking for your next TBR (to be read) book this should be on the top of your list.
