I thought the excerpt was interesting and the plot seems promising and engaging. Seems like there will be some action, drama, mystery, and adventure. Having said that, I was quite bothered by the sexualization of one of the characters. It made me feel uncomfortable and I'm not sure I'll be enjoy the story if there will be more of that.
