First I want to thank Bookish First for giving me the opportunity get my hands on this story. The description of a woman behaving oddly while at an airport followed by the plane she should have taken blowing up reached out to me from the screen. Unfortunately I really didn’t bond with this book. I put it down and picked it back up twice before giving up on it.
As we all know, every book won’t appeal to every person.
However, I am not a huge boxing fan so the story lost me along the way due to that. The beginning was full of promise, but the end failed to deliver.
I found the writing style hard to follow and i felt myself losing interest when the story started flashing back. I struggled to keep the story straight and eventually just gave up all together.
