This one wastes no time getting into the thick of things

There are stories that you read where it feels like they will never get to the point. And then there are the stories that throw you right into the thick of things. Gate 76 is the latter. While it immediately pulls us into the plot and action it still leaves an air of mystery about itself. Who is this woman? Why are all of these men interested in her and her actions? Who was (presumably) trying to kill her? And what about our main character? I'm looking forward to seeing how this story plays out, as it should be good.
