I have always been a fan of Claire Legrand books, Sawkill Girls is one of my all time-favorites and Furyborn is just as well-written. It is a a young adult fantasy that has just enough romance and diverse characters. One of the main characters is a bad ass bounty hunter who is feared by many and the other is a fiercely powerful woman who has to decide wether to use her powers for good or evil during the wars. The plot of this series involves love, faith, anger, battles, and magic. Like most fantasy books, it is about the balance between good and evil, and which route the characters decide to go. But mainly there is a ton of kissing in this book, and the two main characters have an instant connection.
