Furyborn by Claire Legrand is a story that has two perspectives Rielle and Eliana, 1000 years apart. It sounded like it was going to be epic, but it was often difficult to differentiate between the two characters at times, there voices were too similar, which meant I got lost, and lead to a lot of confusion and page flipping.

The plot was boring, like reading a Michael Bay movie... action scene after action scene. I wanted more depth of character, world building, and story development. I didn't really connect with either character either.

The sex scenes were pretty ridiculous and honestly, I skimmed most of them (they were laughable to say the least).

Not something I would read again, or recommend.
