I absolutely loved Furyborn! I found it so interesting that it covered two different timelines in the same world, I loved getting to see how the world was viewed differently by each character. The points of view don't really interweave but the reader gets to see how one plot line influences the other later on. I also really enjoyed the magic system and found it to be really unique. I can't wait to see how the monsters are explored more later on in the series. This book takes place in a dark setting that I haven't experienced much in YA books before so that definitely had an original feel to it. I was also obsessed with the villain dynamic in this story. Overall this book was pretty amazing and I highly recommend it!
