This book had me hooked in the prologue. Entering in the middle of a fast paced scene where timing is of the essence and so much is going on is my favorite way to enter a story! Although, I do often get miffed in books and tv shows when something tragic happens and the characters just continue on as if someone they didn’t know and love didn’t just die. I’m very interested in Rielle and Audric’s storyline and want to know ore about their backgrounds. I tend to not care for “sex scenes” in my books, mainly just because I’m sure I can imagine it just fine without descriptions fits just tastefully explained that they share a night of passion or what not. There is a trigger for animal cruelty as well.
