I just. I’m just. Wow. Wow is all I can say. This book was so good I’m dying to read Kingsbane now and find out what happens next! Claire’s writing is not only enthralling but seamless and she blends Rielle and Eliana’s stories together. I have so many theories now about who is who and what is going to happen next - I’m not sure if I’m prepared for the remainder of the series. Also, the dark humor of this story is fantastic! It really cuts through some of the dark and grueling moments of Rielle’s trials and Eliana’s survival.
If you haven’t picked this book up I would right now. A great fantasy story that I honestly can’t get enough of! And the sequel is just as amazing as the first book too!
