Frank is a Korean American high school boy, with traditional parents. They want him to find a nice Korean girl to have a relationship with, but there’s only one problem....Frank has found a girl to date, and she’s white. What’s a boy in love to do? There’s only one answer. Frank finds a Korean girl in his family’s social circle to have a fake relationship with. They cover for each other, pretending to date each other so they can both carry on their secret relationships. Nothing could possibly go wrong, right?

This book was very well written, and a pleasure to read. Your typical YA romance book is written from the female perspective, so it was fun to read a boom that flipped the narrative on it’s head.
