This book was one where I had a lot of mixed feelings on. I enjoyed the character, storylines, writing, and relationships in the book. However, I felt like the way the book was advertised and marketed felt odd to me. It was advertised as a love story, but the love story in the book sort of jumped around sporadically. Like it made it sound like it’d be about one relationship, then another, and then not at all. I was really shipping the first relationship between the MC and the girl who was dating and so i was disappointed when it suddenly ended. I feel like the book needed to be better marketed or advertised or something cause what was told to me about it kinda contradicted what happened. Overall though, this is a good story and if you don’t mind the way some romantic subplots may end up then you’ll definitely have a great time with this book.
