This book absolutely took me by surprised by how much I loved it! To be completely honest, this is normally not a book I would have picked up. I am, generally speaking, not as much of a fan of contemporary YA romance stories. I love YA, but I mostly read fantasy, science fiction, historical fiction, or paranormal romance. But this contemporary romance blew me away! I loved it so much! I couldn't put it down and ended up reading it in two sittings!
The first aspect of the book that I loved was the writing and dialogue. It was amazing. Very true to life, but also hilarious and engaging. I also really loved the main characters, Frank and Joy, but I also loved the secondary characters of Q and Brit as well. Everyone was wonderful and I loved being part of their group for the time I got to spend with them!
