"If you have the will to do something, and you keep at it, and you don't give up, you can do anything. And there's no greater will than the will to love who you want."

Going into this book I knew two things
MC has to juggle their culture with the society they grew in (very much relatable) and fake dating (not relatable but a trope I'm here for)

and frankly in love with this book was I

It dealt with complex family relationships, love, and identity. The characters were very lovable, and it's an ownvoice Korean rep. Frank was very relatable and funny. Although he is korean, he leans much more towards the society he grew in. It was a really good, and easy read for me, a great debut novel!
