Great YA read
The first thing that drew me in was the brightly illustrated cover of this novel. It seems like a quick YA read that addresses important themes like prejudice and racism.
I'm not sure I loved the narration style, but others might enjoy the narrator's voice more than I did. It's possible I would become accustomed to it over the course of the entire novel.
