I struggled exactly what to rate this one as because there were parts that I really liked and other parts that I was bored with. I'm not the biggest fan when it comes to political stuff so I did get kind of drowsy in those areas. Yet I did love the writing and the concept was really cool. Oh, and the title Four Queens was what drew me in. Give me all the queens! Also, I normally love romantic elements but I felt that maybe it should have been developed a little more? I don't know. There was predictability, but isn't that in most books? I did like the characters, though, and I did feel emotions in some parts. I feel that anyone who is a fantasy fan and likes political intrigue should check this one out!
