The world building in this story amazed me and how it was slowly brought to the reader was incredible. Everywhere from the politics to the world itself and the lower parts. Since this story was also considered a mystery, I was a bit disappointed that I guessed every plot twist that came my way. Although at the beginning I wasn’t very into the story, it really did take a turn and feel like a muster mystery later on. The concept of the book was what dragged me in in the first place.
The reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the beginning of the story as well as the predictable plot twists. But the story was still very enjoyable, every character had their own voice and impact to the story and the readers. The ending was in particular extraordinary.
