I don't know man, it sounds kinda unoriginal. What's up with all the books about queens?
I felt drowned in the info-dump and thrown off by the fantasy elements and steampunk bits. They didn't really mesh well. The world-building seems overly complicated and yet poorly planned.
The characters seemed a little stale with incipient boring backgrounds.
