Elements of this story are familiar to the genre, but I think there's enough of a twist to make this worth a read. The idea of four queendoms, each with a distinct specialty, is very reminiscent of the Divergent factions, especially with one that shuns technology and one that values logic above emotion. However, the four queen concept, along with the fact that they're all going to be murdered, is intriguing. Plus, I love a good team-up between a character with staunch morals and a character with...less staunch morals...which it seems like we'll get, so I'm on board with that.
