This book may be more interesting than the blurb suggested. Elias has many mysteries in his background, Ophelia has just one. Where did her emotional power come from? How will it impact the war Elias is fighting? And as to that, what war is Elias engaged in? Who is he fighting? Questions, and I'll have to read the book to get the answers.
