The cover is okay, but I'm not sure it'd catch my eye in a bookstore. I do read young adult books, but I don't gravitate toward romance books. The addition of the magical elements helps a bit, but I still don't see this as a book I'd care to read beyond the sample. However, I'm sure there's a market for it.
