The world itself drew me in and made me curious. I actually think I would have liked more details, perhaps they will come further along in the book. The cover promises so much. There was a vivid sense of wonder and it draws bright colors to mind. There was a lot promised that I don't know if the book will deliver on it.
The writing style itself was okay. It seemed to lack a cohesive flow at times. It would go down some rabbit trails that kind of info dumped. It is an interesting way to read, and it makes it feel real. I tend to think the way this book is written with new things popping up that are related, but still not the main topic.
