Forgive Me Not is giving realistic Hunger Games vibes. When fifteen-year-old Violetta gets in a drunk driving accident she has to face the repercussions. Not only does she have to deal with the loss of her young sister, but she is incarcerated in juvenile detention. Her family decides it's best if she is forced to learn how serious her actions are and that leads her to endure the Trials. Ultimately, she is looking for the forgiveness of her family. I really liked that it was in dual POV; one being hers and the other her brother Vince's. I don't know what else is in store for Violetta but it seems like there will be many obstacles she has to overcome.
