I was super hyped to read this book for a few different reasons: one of my favorite authors, Tarryn Fisher, has been sharing her love for this book for awhile and the premise revolving around social media and privacy piqued my interest right away. This story follows two characters, Orla and Marlow, who live about 35 years apart or before and after this crazy life changing event called, "The Spill." I found myself equally invested in both characters and storylines. This story also made me think a lot about social media's effect and influence, privacy versus safety, the future ramifications of humans constantly being plugged in and on screens, and more. I think that overall the world was created and explained really well but the ending fell apart a little bit. Everything wrapped up just a little too nicely and I didn't believe it. I still highly recommend this book though and I'm so glad I read it!
