It was so easy to get sucked into this story. I found the characters to be very relatable: Orla's indecisiveness, Floss's desire for attention, and Marlow's struggle with finding herself. I found it easy to love each character, even with their abundant flaws. I feel like Honey's character was introduced maybe a little too late in the book, but she was definitely a fun addition.
I normally get a little annoyed with jumping between past and present with books, but Angelo's style created moments of tension and cliff hangers but flowed in a way that was easy to follow. Even when the reader isn't there for every moment of the character's story, Angelo is able to sweep back around to catch the reader back up without bogging down the story. I especially enjoyed the build as the two times lines drew closer and closer together.
All and all, I will be recommending this book.
