I love this book so far! Social media fame (both real & imagined) fascinates me, Set in 2 time periods, 2015 & 2051, it follows 2 millennials, Orla & Floss, trying to get famous in NYC & Marlow, who already is, as every moment of her life Is filmed for her 12 million followers. It’s darkly funny as it satirizes low level celebrity. The part set in 2015 definitely reminds me of a Black Mirror episode as it follows Marlow’s online life. I can’t wait to see how they intersect.
