So, this gave like 50 pages, and I seemed to finish it in like, 20-35 minutes.
The characters and plot are adorable, and the setting seems to be fitting. When people say it reminds you of Jane the Virgin, it really does.
While I do think this would be better in first person, I enjoy how it is as is. Each chapter seems to have its own little "cliffhanger" leading to the next one, and I enjoy that.
Overall, I really love the mix between realistic fiction and fantasy. I wish a few more books were like this. Cannot wait for it to come out!!
