I enjoyed it greatly!
At first I struggled with this story due to the language barrier I would experience from the characters native language and English.
Once I got passed that and give into the heart of the story, I was transported to a unique scene of learning a different culture as well as a bit of mystery brought into play.
When the main character falls in love with the new guy and discovers a drug induced mystery surrounding her home and friends. The twists and turns to uncover the truth along the way take the reader along to a unique story. Aside from the truth finally relieving itself which in itself was hard to believe, the reader is taught a great sense of honor, responsibility, and not only familial but culture and heritage pride.
We could all be so lucky to have something we truly cherish in this world. To want to show how proud we are of where we have come from.
That in itself I feel is one of the main points of the story
