The cover is absolutely stunning! The contrasting colors and the picture itself is so eye catching and beautiful. The strength and endurance of Erin is inspiring and moving. I had never heard of The Lost Kitchen before reading this memoir but hearing what she dealt with and overcame and the love she so obviously has for cooking makes me want to dine at her restaurant and also makes me wish I could have been one of the people who believed in her and her dreams in the very beginning. This story of her life is so well written it pulls you in right from the start and has you wondering what will happen next and rooting for her every step of the way. It tells of her childhood and her dad's restaurant and follows her life through having her son being married getting an addiction losing it all to beating the odds and showing pretty much the whole world what she is made of. This was wonderful to read!
