Chapter one of Finding Freedom by Erin French starts with "Bacon and Ice Cream," do I really have to say more?! Honestly, I love it already. Erin's words are so descriptive, and I can picture myself right next to her in the diner. I can't wait to read more of her journey from a 12-year-old line cook in her dad's diner to a Michelin Star Chef!
