Typically, I don't enjoy books based around food. However, this story clearly has a lot more to offer. Erin Elizabeth, raised by an angry father, struggles with the way she's been treated. Dealing with her pregnancy, as well as a father who doesn't seem to care, she has a lot on her plate.
