I love so much about this plot! The author immediately drops us into two distinctly different kinds of action: a lion cub at a zoo and a war zone in the Middle East. You would assume the difference between the two characters would be shocking, but it pairs together well. Honestly, the contrast makes me want to keep going. How will these two vastly different people meet?
