If you are looking for a charming romance novel, look no further! This was an adorable story of a couple undergoing a second chance at their love story, with the help of their meddling Godmothers. I found myself swept away by Lucky and Ransom's story, and couldn't help myself from laughing alongside them.

I will say, there were definitely some moments where I couldn't help myself from eyerolling or pausing to say "really?". The writing style was a bit childish at times, primarily in Lucky's dialogue. Her reactions and comments sometimes reminded me of a high schooler, which was hard to ignore as it interrupted the flow of the story for me. This didn't happen too often, so I was able to look past it, but wanted to point it out nonetheless.

Overall, there are so many adorable aspects to this adult fantasy. The storyline, characters and world were plucked right out of a storybook that made me wish I could go visit. I cannot wait to dive back into the next installment to see what happens next.
