Bob Goff, author of Love Does, sets out on a second journey to invite us, the readers, to consider to put others first, ahead of ourselves....such a counter-culture approach to what we typically experience in our every day lives. Goff explores African and Middle Eastern cultures, hindrance of women and their education, and how we can all use our places in life to build others up. While religion and faith are underlying components to Goff's book, they are not overpowering or busy but rather used a guide for what we should all be striving for....love, equality, advocating, hope. While I do not believe Goff's whimsical life approach is possible for everyone, it makes it something to aspire towards!
