I had never read anything by this author before (or even hear of him, to be quite honest), so I was both excited and unexpecting as I dug into EVERYBODY, ALWAYS.
I generally enjoyed the book and thought it to be a good fit for those who enjoy this type of self-help/self-growth book. This genre is not really my own personal cup of tea, but that doesn't mean it was a bad book or isn't worth the read if you are into that.
It did give me pause and made me think more deeply about how I got about my daily life and interactions though.
One of my friends had read LOVE DOES (one of his other books) and seemed to think that this one is even better so if you are already a fan, this book might be worth checking out.
