To be completely and totally fair, I'm not at all religious. Not in the slightest. I always do my best to absolutely respect those who are, especially when they have never wronged me. I have to admit though, I basically have little to no respect for Christianity. When I first read the description, I thought it sounded like a nice book then I read the First Look and realized it was a Christian book. I read it out of pure curiosity and realized it wasn't a Christian book, it was, but it wasn't. It was just giving its best advice on how to be kind to people, which doesn't and has never belonged to religion. It belongs to people. In that sense, I enjoyed the book. From a literary perspective it could have been better, but I'm glad it wasn't worse.
