I'm currently in the middle of Bob Goff's Everybody Always, which I won from Bookish First, and I'm finding this book of essays on Christian living to be both inspiring and comforting. Sometimes we need a reminder that people are doing the best that they can, and it's our job to love them where they are at.
Bob Goff is a lighthearted writer, who can take sad stories like a friend dying of cancer and find hope in it. His positive attitude and the lessons he shares are inspiring and make me want to embrace a life with no limits.
One of my favorite chapters so far is when his son takes skydiving lessons, and Bob decides to surprise him by joining him skydiving. It was a beautiful gesture full of adventure and love.
Now, excuse me, I need to get back to my reading and finish this book...
