I’ve never heard of this author but I’m glad I found him. This book has everything I want in a thriller all the thing I love. Messed up people doing messed up bad things. This family went through so many trying things first with there son being charged with murder then they become part of a documentary about that murder. One of my favorite troops is when a family is murdered and some of the children are left behind to figure out what the truth is. I love when one of the characters are keeping secrets especially if there not there own.
I like that this story has multiple points of view. I love when the main character has to come back to his home town to face all the people left behind especially hostile people.going from past to present is something that I also enjoy when reading a thriller like this. I also love when a family is made famous when they really don’t want the attention
